LG launches 100-inch Laser TV

Laser televisions have huge appeal. They are substantially more affordable than the current television line-up, they are capable of displaying huge screen sizes and are ultra-portable.

If youre ready to sacrifice slightly on screen resolution, your small negative will amount in very large positives.

This is LGs 100-inch laser television, the worlds first short-throw laser projector capable of displaying a 100-inch Full-HD 1080p image at just 22-inches from the screen. This is all thanks to LGs new Ultra Short Throw (UST) projection unit. The 5.7-inch high box supports LGs Smart TV platform, with features ranging from Smart World, LG Cloud, and Magic Remote. The laser TV can run for 25,000 hours without replacement.

Included within the box are two 10-watt speakers. The laser television on display featured a subwoofer and sound bar for the ultimate experience.

Globally, the Laser TV will be available in March for $9,999, however it has not been confirmed for the Middle Eastern market yet.
